Video: Woman disrupts 9/11 moment of silence, removed from Holyfield-Belfort event

Triller Fight Club’s Saturday night event in Florida happened to fall on the 20th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. And as a show of solidarity and respect for the lives lost, a ten-bell salute was done right before the main event fight between Vitor Belfort and Evander Holyfield.

Now, as a mature and sensible human being, you’re expected to keep silent during this solemn moment. But not this woman, who decided to yell out obscenities for everyone to hear.

She was immediately met by hostile reactions from some people in the crowd before security dragged her out of the building. On her way to the exit, she was heard saying, ‘This ain’t Venezuela!’

As for the fights, both ended within the two-minute limit in the first round. Anderson Silva knocked out the overweight Tito Ortiz inside 90 seconds while Vitor Belfort scored a TKO win over the 58-year-old Evander Holyfield at the 1:49 mark.
